Coventry Homes and Toll Brothers

Coventry Homes and Toll Brothers are excited to have new model homes in Cane Island. Coventry offers a variety of home sites, including 55-, 65- and 70-foot wide sites with floor plans ranging from 2,000 to over 4,000 square feet. Homes start in the mid $300s. Cane Island will be conveniently accessible via the soon-to-be-completed
Cane Island interchange. Until the completion of the exit from I-10,
please follow these temporary directions:

From I-10 as you travel west, take the Pin Oak exit and turn right on Pin Oak. Travel north to US 90 and turn left. Travel 1/2 mile, turn right on Bartlett St. or Carolina St. crossing over the railroad tracks, then take an immediate left on 1st Street. Travel west 3/4 mile to Cane Island Parkway. Follow the signs to the Builder Sales Offices.
